Art. 54 DMA
Entry into force and application
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from … [6 months after its entry into force].
However, Article 3(6) and (7) and Articles 40, 46, 47, 48, 49 and 50 shall apply from … [date of entry into force of this Regulation] and Article 42 and Article 43 shall apply from 25 June 2023.
Nevertheless, if the date of 25 June 2023 precedes the date of application referred to in the second subparagraph of this Article, the application of Article 42 and Article 43 shall be postponed until the date of application referred to in the second subparagraph of this Article.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
